Michael has a B.A. in History and Geography and a M.S. in Counseling and Ed. Psych and has worked in Public Education for 35 years as a Teacher, Counselor, Vice Principal, Principal, and Director of Student Services. He has also been on the Salmon Trout Advisory Committee for the State of Oregon for 8 years and has worked with ODFW on Salmon and Steelhead propagation project for 13 years. Micheal is a member of the Salmon Habitat Improvement Advisory Committee for Douglas County and is committee member for the Umpqua Fishery Enhancement Derby for 7 years.
